Gorno Lisiche surprised Rabotnichki and defeated them 3:2 in the first leg of the Macedonian Cup 1/4 final.

Second league side Gorno Lisiche surprised high-flying Rabotnichki and defeated them 3:2 in the first leg of the Macedonian cup quarter final. Rabotnichki entered this match on a high, previously linking 8 consecutive wins and were favorites before this match, too. They justified their role in the first half when Aco Stojkov continued his excellent form adding two new goals for the reigning champions, but Gorno Lisiche pulled one back right before half-time when Alen Jasharoski successfully converted a penalty after Darko Velkovski played with hand in the box. In the second half, the hosts made a complete turnaround scoring two more goals, one by Aleksandar Pandovski in the 78th minute and one by Jovanovski in the dying minutes of the match.

The second leg is scheduled for 6th of December.
