Season 2009/10 completed
The most controversial season in the history of the Macedonian football is over. Renova wins the title in the 2009/2010 Macedonian First League in a season where 12 teams started, but only 9 finished the competition.
Macedonia “B” on tournament in Yemen
The B squad of the Macedonian national team led by U-21 national team coach Boban Babunski, will participate on a friendly tournament from 16-22 May in Yemen.
Macedonian internationals performances
Agim Ibraimi scores a brace for Olimpija, Nikolce Noveski and Mainz got a big win against Borussia Dortmund, Krste Velkoski makes his debut with Ceahlăul, and Stevica Ristic, Zoran Baldovaliev, and Zoran Zlatkovski each scored a goal for their respective teams.
Macedonian First League – Round 25
Rabotnicki and Vardar drew in the derby of Skopje. Renova used this result and now have ten points lead on the top of the league. Pelister defeated Sileks, Pobeda won against Teteks and Metalurg also celebrated against Milano.
Macedonian Second League – Round 20
Skopje beat Cementarnica away and got to the second place after Bregalnica and Drita equalized. Shkendija are thus 1st by 4 points.
Macedonia – Russia in October
‘Zbornaya’ have not accepted FFM’s demand for postponing the match between the national teams for a month, later this year.
Preview: Round 25
7 rounds to go, 8 points between Renova and Rabotnicki. It is interesting at the bottom part of the table but also in the race for the third place.
