Vardar suffered its first loss of the season, Rabotnichki and Shkupi exchanged late goals to settle for a draw, Sileks steamrolled Mladost, Metalurg downed Bregalnica, while Renova and Shkendija shared the points in an uneventful goalless affair.

Vardar barely edged Mladost courtesy of a penalty kick, Shkendija cruised past Metalurg, while Rabotnichki settled for yet another subpar result.

There was no winner in the clash between Vardar and Shkendija, Rabotnichki conceded a late equalizer to drop two points against Turnovo, while Renova and Shkupi collected minimal victories.

Every team that won in the first leg managed to qualify for the quarter-finals, not allowing any surprises.

Vardar, by virtue of beating Shkupi, retook first place on the standings after Shkendija drew against Mladost, while Sileks and Renova also managed to pick up wins this round.

Shkendija’s odds of winning the league title took a big hit on Wednesday after it was announced that Ferhan Hasani will be out 6-8 months.
