In the mostly expected game of Round 11 Vardar won on the road against Shkendija thanks to goals scored by Stefan Spirovski and Boban Nikolov.

First defeat for Akademija Pandev who got surprised at home by Novaci, Skopje with a last minute suspicious penalty beat Teteks, Vardar won, another defeat for Tikvesh, Gorno Lisiche smashed Metalurg.
