Shkendija players celebrating a goal, photo: KF ShkendijaIn a round with very few goals, Shkendija jumped up to 2nd place after they defeated Rabotnichki away from home.

On Saturday, Shkendija celebrated a come-from-behind win against Rabotnichki in Skopje. The match saw a total of 4 goals, more than all other 4 matches played on Sunday combined. The hosts took the lead first through Sadiki, but Shkendija stepped forward in the second half and scored three goals. Besart Ibraimi scored the first and the third goal, while Victor Juffo added one more. With this win, Shkendija jumped up to the 2nd place.

In Tetovo and in Bitola the fans saw no goals. Renova held leaders Vardar to a goalless draw, while in Bitola Pelister and Sileks played a careful match and in the end had to share the points.

In Gjorche Petrov, Makedonija and Pobeda, the two promoted teams from the Second League also shared the points, but in a 1:1 draw. The hosts took the lead first through Kristijan Kostovski right before half-time, but on the beginning of the second half the visiting team equalized through Krsteski.

Bregalnica celebrated a very important win against Shkupi. The only goal of the match was scored by Bregalnica’s captain Goran Zdravkov and it was a real beauty from a direct free-kick.
