The captain of Macedonia will not play for the national team due to issues with coach Blagoja Milevski.

Stefan Ristovski yesterday through an Instagram post informed the public that is temporarily withdrawing from the Macedonian national team.

“The relationship between me and the current coach Blagoja Milevski is not the best, we have discussed that personally and I as captain informed him about everything wrongoing within the squad.”

The news as a shock less than a month before September qualifiers against Italy and Malta.
