Bregalnica is the 4th promoted team after they won 2:1 against Milano.

Along with Shkendija 79, Napredok and Skopje, Bregalnica Stip will be joining the first league from season 2010/11. Today, they have played against Milano in the play-off match for the last team to stay in or join the first league for the upcoming season.

The match was played on Gjorce Petrov stadium. The match was not decided after 90 minutes as it was 1:1 after Bregalnica took the lead first with the goal scored by Dimovski. But, Novakov did not allow penalties to decide the match after he has successfully converted a penalty into a goal in the extra-time setting the final score of 2:1. 

Bregalnica is back in the first league and Stip will be having top-class football after having spent 3 seasons in the second league.
