Angelovski announces squad for Liechtenstein, Armenia (Updated)

National team coach Igor Angelovski revealed the list of summoned players for the upcoming Nations League matches against Liechtenstein and Armenia.

Angelovski called up 21 players among which returnees Arijan Ademi and Ferhan Hasani. Also, as a third keeper has been added Damjan Shishkovski.

Darko Velkovski is in the squad but is under question as during yesterday’s training he got an injury. It is a totally new injury not connected to the previous that sidelined him the entire summer.

Update: Velkovski definitely had to withdrew so Gjoko Zajkov was called up to take his place.

Macedonia will have its first training session on Monday the 8th. We host Liechtenstein on the 13th, while on the 16th we face Armenia away.
