After the disappointing road defeat to Albania, Macedonia will now have home two games in four days with a new chance to win some points.

It is more then clear that the first opponent in Israel is the chance for a win because the latter match is against the 4 times World Cup winner Italy.

For that occasion national team coach Igor Angelovski decided to summone the same players from the opening qualifier with very little changes. He brought back defensive midfielder Dushko Trajchevski and striker Adis Jahovkj, while he dropped keeper Stole Dimitrievski due to not being regular in his club. In his place he called up Martin Bogatinov. He also added that he wants his future squads to be compiled with players that regularly play for their clubs.

Injuries prevented Agim Ibraimi and Aleksandar Trajkovski to be in the squad, while Angelovski also pointed out that keeper David Mitov Nilsson is still recovering from the broken leg injury and he won’t be in the squad even for the November qualifier against Spain.
