The winners of the inaugural edition of the Australian-Macedonian cup claimed the 2023 edition after beating Geelong in the grand final.

For the third time in their history Altona Magic won the traditional summer tournament in Australia. On their way to the final, Altona Magic in the Group B defeated Rockdale City Suns 3:0 and Broadmeadow Magic Invitational Reserves 2:1, but lost to Shellharbour 0:1. In the semis they faced Shellharbour again and managed to celebrate after extra time. In the final game they faced Geelong and won thanks to the goal scored by Daniel Radenkovic.
