Alekso Mackov’s boys lost to Bulgarian counterparts in a friendly match yesterday.

Macedonia U19 lost in the friendly match against Bulgaria U19 played yesterday in Skopje, on the National Arena Philip II of Macedon.

Mackov’s team took the lead first, when Makedonija Gjorche Petrov’s Hristijan Kostovski opened the scoreline in 10th minute. Macedonia had the lead and looked good for the win when Bulgaria’s Radev got a red card in 62nd minute and Bulgaria were left with 10 men for the last half an hour. However, Nenov equalized the score in 76th minute, Dolapchiev gave his team a lead 5 minutes later and Nenov’s second goal in the injury time just confirmed Bulgaria’s win.

Macedonia started the match with the following line-up: Shishkovski, Ristevski, Asani, Zajkov, Gligurovski, Bojku, Imeri, Velkovski, Markovski, Stoilov, Kostovski.
