Kamenica Sasa managed to eliminated league holder Skopje 2014 thanks to a late winner. The hosts lead 2:0 on half time, but the visitors managed to equalize in the second half.
The only match to be decided on penalty-shootout was the match between Vardar and Pelister in Skopje. The Bitola visitors took the lead, but Vardar equalized 9 minutes from time. However, Pelister was better on penalties.
Ljuboten had no mercy for second league side Biljanini Izvori, scoring a total of 13 goals. Istatov, Rečica and As United recorded easy wins over their second league opponents.
The match in Kochani between the hosts and Plachkovica was not played as the visitors never arrived. According to the rules, they should now be punished with taking points from their league record.
