The Macedonian U20 national team recorded a huge defeat against its Moroccan counterparts in the last match in the Group A at the 2026 Mediterranean Games.

With this defeat to Morocco, Macedonia ended its performance at the Games in Italy as last placed team in the group with one point. Darjan Tasev scored today and this was the only goal for Macedonia on this tournament.

Tunisia finished first in the group after today’s victory over Türkiye and along with Morocco progress to the semi-finals.
