Agim Ibraimi started for Maribor and played until the 45th minute when an injury forced him to be substituted by Dejan Mezga. Ibraimi initially gave Maribor the 0:1 lead in the 20th minute with a shot that took a deflection before reaching the back of the net. After the game, an x-ray showed no fracture on the right ankle so Agim should return to action in the near future.

Darko Tasevski got the start for Ironi Kiryat Shmona and played until the 60th minute when he was replaced by Ravid Gazal. The game was still tied at 0:0 at that point but the Ironi Kiryat Shmona soon added two goals to overcome a 0:1 deficit from the first leg. Thus, Irony Kiryat Shmona won 2:1 on aggregate and will face Neftçi in the third qualifying round.

Neither Aleksandar Lazevski nor Stefan Ashkovski were in the 18 men squad for Partizan who advanced to the next round where they will face AEL Limassol from Cyprus.

Yani Urdinov played all 90 minutes for Ekranas who scored a goal in each half to progress to the third qualifying round of the competition. Their next opponent will be Belgian club Anderlecht.

Igor Mitreski played the entire game for Neftçi who trailed 2:0 in the road encounter against Zestafoni after just 19 minutes but scored the next two goals of the match to cement a place in the next round. Neftçi won 5:2 on aggregate after clinching a 3:0 home win in the first leg.

Bazhe Ilijoski got the start for Rapid București and played the first 45 minutes before he was substituted by Vladimir Bozovic. Ilijoski scored his first competitive goal for Rapid in the 42nd minute when he controlled a pass from Ștefan Grigorie before sending his effort to the back of the net. Rapid won 5:1 on aggregate and will face Heerenveen in the third qualifying round of the Europa League.

Slavcho Georgievski played all 120 minutes for Inter Bakı who fell short in the penalty shootout after both games ended 1:1 following regulation. Georgievski skied the first spot kick for Inter Bakı over the goal as his club went on to lose 4:2 in the penalty shootout.

Goran Dimovski started for Dacia and played until the 83rd minute when he was replaced by Vasily Pavlov while his teammate Ersen Sali was not among the 18 players called up. Dacia exits the Europa League after losing 1:2 on aggregate to Swedish side Elfsborg.

Dragi Kocev was not included in the Lokomotiv Plovdiv squad as the Bulgarian club lost 7:5 on aggregate against Vitesse to exit the competition.
