The young players of Brera Strumica celebrated away to their lone remaining rival for the title.

Brera Strumica got much closer to clinching the title in the Macedonian U19 league after they outplayed Rabotnichki on the road in Skopje.

Runner-up Rabotnichki needed a win go get to only a point away from the leaders, but wasn’t capable to defeat the visitors from Strumica. Brera two weeks ago eliminated Vardar from the title race, also in Skopje, and now did the same with the team, from the Debar Maalo neighborhood.

It is true that there are 11 round left until the end of the season, but Brera’s record of 18 wins and only one draw without a defeat makes us believe that they are simple too strong to lose the top having in mind that they already played twice against their two biggest rivals, Rabotnichki and Vardar.

Rabotnichki is the current title holder, while Brera Strumica was champion in the season 2023/24.
