On Tuesday in Kavadarci took place the draw for determining the fixtures of the season 2025/26 in the group South of the third league.

New teams are Borec from Veles who got relegated from the second league, as well as Topolka as champion of 4.MFL Veles and Mlekar from Malo Konjari as runner-up of 4.MFL Prilep after champion Kadica 1965 once again declined promotion. Pobeda from Pepelishte, the champion of 4.MFL Negotino, declined promotion and no other team from this league wanted to step in, while the league of Kavadarci wasn’t played.

Golemo Konjari last season won promotion into the second league, while Marena and Obrshani withdrew last season and were relegated.

The season will begin on 14 September. At the end the winner will enter the play-off for filling the second league.
