The third divisional group South confirmed that 14 teams will participate in the new season 2024/25 and set the date for the draw.

The league expands from 11 to 14 teams. With Borec being promoted, teams that finished 2-10 last season will take place in the new season plus 5 new teams from the local fourth leagues. No second league team got relegated in the South.

The newly promoted teams are 3 local champions:

Drenovo from Drenovo (winner of 4.MFL Kavadarci)
Venec from Dolni Disan (winner of 4.MFL Negotino)
Bashkimi from Gorno Jabolchishte (winner of 4.MFL Veles)

In order to reach the number 14, two invites were sent as 4.MFL Priler winner Crvena Zvezda from Senokos declined participation.

Vlaznimi Junior from Presil (winner of Group A in 4.MFL Prilep, later defeated in the semifinal play-off for champion)
Obrshani from Obrshani (6th-placed in Group A in 4.MFL Prilep as all better-placed teams declined participation)

The draw for the new season will be held on 22 August (Thursday) in the headquarters of OFS Kavadarci at 18.00 CET.

The new season will kick-off on 8 September (Macedonian Independence day)!

The winner will earn a place in the play-off for filling the 2.MFL, while the bottom 3 teams will get relegated.
