Cvetan Curlinov will continue his career in Albania after he signed a 2 year deal with KS Bylis.
Several days ago, Macedonian striker Cvetan Curlinov signed a 2 year deal with Albanian top division side KS Bylis. The club also features another Macedonian in Kire Ristevski. Curlinov spent last year with Horizont Turnovo but he was not registered with them this year so that led to a member on our forum wondering where Curlinov went. After doing some research, we learned that Curlinov signed a contract with KS Bylis on 2 August 2011. Curlinov gave a brief statement on the official website of Bylis saying he is happy to join the club and he is confident he will succeed in Albania after having experience playing abroad in several other countries.
Curlinov plays as a striker and although he is only 25 years old, he has played for numerous teams throughout his career. He has played for several Macedonian clubs but also has experience playing abroad in Greece, Lithuania, Azerbaijan, and Bulgaria. He was on trial at Cherno More earlier this year but he was not offered a contract. He then returned to Horizont Turnovo to finish the season but was looking to go abroad again this summer. He now has found a team and he will become teammates with Kire Ristevski. It is interesting to note that Nikola Ilievski was the Bylis manager last year but the club has a new manager this year in Eqerem Memushi.
