Macedonian internationals performances (14-17.08.2020)

Besard Shabovikj and Marko Gjorgjievski scored a goal for their respective teams, Leonard Zhuta provided an assist, David Toshevski made his debut for Rostov while Mirko Ivanovski picked up a red card during the final minutes of the game.

Armenia, Bardzraguyn Khumb, Alashkert – Ararat-Armenia 0:0
The two Macedonian internationals in Armenia started the new season with a goalless draw among each other. Risto Mitrevski played the whole game for Alashkert, while Aleksandar Damchevski remained an unused substitute for the visitors.

Belgium, Jupiler Pro League, Charleroi – Oostende 1:0
Gjoko Zajkov did not make the bench for Charleroi.

Bosnia-Herzegovina, BH Telecom Premijer Liga, Radnik – Široki Brijeg 1:1
Viktor Angelov made the start for the visitors and got substituted in the 61st minute.

Konstantin Cheshmedjiev played the whole match for the hosts and helped them keep a clean sheet against Krupa.

Mite Cikarski started the match for the visitors and played for 65 minutes. The result at the time of his substitution was 1:1 but CSKA scored one more goal deep in the stoppage time to win the game.

Arijan Ademi was rested and remained an unused substitute as Dinamo comfortably defeated Lokomotiva by impressive 6:0.

Agron Rufati entered the game for Istra in the 66th minute when he replaced 17 year old Croatian Mateo Lisica. The score at the time Rufati joined the game was the initial 0:0, but Istra conceeded two unanswered goals in the last 20 minutes of the match.

Todor Todoroski began the match on Osijek’s bench and made a late substitute appearance as he entered the game in the 85th minute.

Milan Ristovski started the new season in Croatia with an appearance off the bench in the 69th minute, in the win against the newly promoted top division club – Šibenik. Unlike Milan, his teammate Darko Velkovski did not make the squad for this encounter.

David Mitov Nilsson wasn’t part of Sarpborg’s squad at this game.

David Toshevski had his debut in the Russian top flight. He entered the field for Rostov in the 85th minute substituting Uzbek international Eldor Shomurodov.

Aleksa Jordanov spent all minutes between Napredak’s posts and he received one goal at this match from a penalty kick.

Nikola Bogdanovski started on left wing for Radnik and played until 71st minute when he made way for Ognjen Dimitrić while his teammate Zoran Danoski came as a substitution in the same minute instead Viktor Lukić.

Marko Gjorgjievski played the whole match for the home team and he scored the equalizer with a header in the 6th minute of the game.

Filip Duranski played full game for Sereď while Tihomir Kostadinov came on the pitch in the 70th minute for Ružomberok replacing Adam Brenkus. Duranski received a yellow card in the 64th minute of the game.

Enis Fazlagikj remained whole game at Žilina’s bench.

Sweden, Allsvenskan, Häcken – Varbergs BoIS 2:1
Leonard Zhuta played the whole game for Häcken and provided the assist for the first goal of the match in the 10th minute. For the visitors, Daniel Krezikj was out of the squad due to an injury. He is expected to be sidelined for few months.

Besard Shabovikj started in Mjällby’s midfield and he scored an impressive goal in the 66th minute directly from a free kick. His goal gave Mjällby a 2:1 lead and Besard went on to play the entire game, but Malmö eventually managed to equalize and pull a 2:2 draw.
