* From next season all 3rd Leagues will feature 12 teams, so this season more teams will get relegated.
** Kozhuf’s Round 1, 4 and 6 games against Mlekar, Mladost Udovo and Varosh have been awarded 3:0 to the three teams as Kozhuf fielded an ineligible player. Also because of that Kozhuf has been deducted 3 points.
*** Round 2 game between Kozhuf and Prevalec that wasn’t played due to stadium problems was awarded 3:0 to Prevalec.
**** Round 3 game between Ilinden 1955 and Kadino KS that ended in a 1:0 home win was latter awarded 3:0 to the visitors.
***** Prevalec’s Round 7 and 8 games have been awarded 3:0 for Babuna and Varosh as Prevalec fielded two ineligible players.
****** Tikvesh got expelled from the league and all its result have been erased.
