The North started with convincing victories of Bashkimi, Fortuna, Kadino and Karposh 93, Drachevo surprised Saraj, Rashtak also won, while Goblen Junior was held by newly promoted Radusha.
As Albarsa (Shkupi) got fused with Korzo and is participating in the Second League, Slavija wasn’t relegated but nevertheless they decided not to participate due to financial problems, same as Alumina who finished 10th. Butel and Marino were disqualified as they played only half of last season, while newcomers are Karposh 93, Radusha and Silkrat, all winners of the promotion play-offs. As next season all 3rd Leagues will feature 12 teams, from the 14 currently participating 5 will surely get relegated, while more can reach the same destiny but depending on how many teams that belong to the North will get relegated from the Second League.
