Silkrat, Karposh 93 and Radusha are promoted to the Third League North for next season.

These three teams are winners of the three play-off games for filling the Third League North. The 6 winners of one of the six fourth leagues that are affiliated with the North participated in the play-off:

Silkrat as winners of OFS Kratovo
Karposh 93 as winners of OFS Kumanovo
Likova as winners of OFS Lipkovo
SSK Nova as winners of OFS Kisela Voda
Goce Delchev SKP as winners of OFS Gazi Baba
Radusha as winners of OFS Saraj

The draw decided who will play who on neutral field and here are the results:

Silkrat – SSK Nova 3:2
Karposh 93 – Likova 4:1
Radusha – Goce Delchev SKP 1:0

From the North relegated got Marino and Butel who both didn’t even finish the season, while Slavija is on stand by as their relegation depends on whether Shkupi will win the play-off for filling the Second League. If Shkupi fails to get promoted, that Slavija will be relegated.
