The teams of Silkrat, Radusha and Karposh 93 got relegated and next season will play in the Fourth Leagues.
Fortuna, Kadino, Besa, Drachevo, Rashtak, Shkendija Arachinovo, Ilinden Skopje and the Second League relegated teams of Lokomotiva and Madjari Solidarnost will feature in the North next season.
Goblen Junior will enter the play-offs for filling the Second League. If they get eliminated, they will rest in the Third League North and therefore Bashkimi will get relegated, while if they win promotion then Bashkimi will survive.
The rest two spots for next season will be decided through play-offs between winners and runners-up of the five Fourth Leagues affiliated with the North.
