The Macedonia U21 national team will have to face mighty Italy in the qualifying along with Poland, Sweden, Montenegro and Armenia.

The European qualifying draw for the 2027 UEFA EURO U21 took place today and determined the the nine groups. Macedonia was draw in the group E that has a total of 6 teams.

Armenia
The nine group winners and the runner-up with the best record against the top five in their group qualify directly for the final tournament to join co-hosts Albania and Serbia. The eight other runners-up contest play-offs to determine the four remaining finalists.
The qualifiers will start on 17 March and will end in October 2026 with the play-off taking place in November 2026.
