The second-to-last round in the women’s second division did not bring any changes to the promotion places, so the top will be decided in the last round when runners-up Vardar will host leaders Kochani.

Vardar will have to defeat Kochani, but by more goals as in the first match the leaders celebrated a 3:1 win. The winner will be promoted in the top flight for next season, while the runner-up will enter the promotion play-off against the 9th-placed side of 1.WFL (Rečica or As United).
It will be also interesting the battle for avoiding the bottom where Sloboden hosts Borec. Sloboden is still looking for their first win this season.
