Kochani celebrated over Vardar in Skopje in the direct clash for the top and got crowned champion for this 2024/25 season, which means that is promoted to the Macedonian top flight for the next season.

Vardar second season in a row finishes as runner-up and will enter the promotion play-off, again. Last season they lost the play-off against Bitola based side Top Gol, while now they will have to wait for the 1.WFL to be concluded in order to find out who they will match, but it will most likely be Rečica.
A derby for avoiding the bottom took place on Saturday between Sloboden and Borec. Sloboden managed to record its first win since the foundation of the team last year and it was a win that took them away from the bottom.
