Both matches, one in each group, are part of Round 9. The West match featured dead-last Teteks and fifth-placed Skopje who played in Tetovo.
After just 11 minutes of play Teteks was downed to ten men. Keeper Petar Mitev collided with visiting attacker Martin Hristov outside the box and was shown a direct red card. Very harsh decision by the referee. However, it was the keeper who got injured with a broken rib due to what followed a 17-minute break because the ambulance vehicle was without the necessary equipment so a new one had to arrive to pick up Mitev who could not stand up. Reserve keeper Ferat Ramani was introduced instead of Filip Krstevski.
With ten men, Teteks could not maintain a goalless score for long. The visitors from the capital city took the lead through Filip Janevski who was well served in the home box by Mario Nastevski. Just two minutes later Skopje doubled the lead. Teodor Dimitrovski fired a shot past Ninoslav Zdravkovski and beat Ramani.
Despite the player disadvantage, after the break Teteks gave everything to take a point from this game. After couple of attempts, Zdravkovski won a penalty after Dimitrovski kicked him in the box. Enis Dervishi stepped in to take the penalty and successfully beat Hristijan Stevkovski. Just two minutes later Filip Jovanovski missed a great chance to level the score. The home players continued pressing toward the visiting goal, bur failed to score the necessary second goal despite creating many chances.
With this win Skopje went into third place sharing it with Vlazrimi 77, while Teteks remained last with 9 points away from the safe zone.
