The second league got back in action on unusual day – Monday. Makedonija GjP and Bashkimi continue the tie at the top, Bregalnica slipped at home.

The second league was not supposed to play these days due to the national team break as many young players are in the youth national teams. However, as last weekend all matches were postponed due to the tragic nightclub fire in Kochani, and the calendar is very tight, it was decided this Monday to be played the postponed round, the first day after the 7 days of mourning for the 59 victims.
Makedonija GjP had no problems with bottom-placed Vardarski in a match that was attended by Welsh fans who are in town for Tuesday’s WC qualifier.
Bashkimi also took planned three points against Vardar and kept the pace – they are tied on points at the top with the Lions.
Bregalnica dropped points at home in Shtip against Skopje and remains third, now 4 points away from the two promotion places.
Fourth-placed Arsimi seized the occasion to came close to just points after defeating Sasa 4:1 in Gostivar.
At the bottom, Osogovo, despite being devastated by the loss of many young victim in the fire, managed to celebrate away in Veles against Borec. They are now 4 points away from the save zone, chasing Novaci and Vardar.
