Bashkimi managed to take the points in the promotion derby away to Makedonija GjP.

Leaders Makedonija GjP hosted third-placed Bashkimi 1947 in the derby of the round. The winner was decided by a lone goal scored in the 29th minute by Husein Demiri for the Kumanovo based team. The Lions failed to find an equalizer and suffered their first home defeat this season and second overall (they lost away to Novaci in Round 4).

Bregalnica collected planed 3 points with a home win over Novaci to keep the runners-up position with only a point from Bashkimi.

The last promotion candidate Arsimi disappointed its fans by played a draw at home against Ohrid with the visitors taking the lead.

Kozhuf celebrated in the Derby of the South against Vardarski, Osogovo took a valuable point from Skopje, Pobeda celebrated with a late goal away to Veles, Belasica smashed Vardar, while Sasa returns victorious from the clash with Plachkovica.
