Bregalnica suffered the first defeat this season and it came in front of their own fans. After Temelkov missed a penalty in the 71st minute when his shot went far above the post, Kapsarov stunned the hosts ten minute later scoring a game winning goal. Belasica with this 3 points got to only two points from the promotion play-off zone.

Ohris Lychnidos hosted Skopje in the other derby and managed to w=celebrate thanks to a lone goal. Both teams are candidates for promotion, with Ohrid now sharing the second position with Bregalnica.

Leaders Shkëndija 77 expected an easy win away to Vardar in Negotino, but a motivated hosts and a field full of mud and water made the thing very difficult. Vardar even took the lead only to concede nine minutes later. In a dramatic final moment, Shkëndija 77 score a winner deep into the stoppage time.
