East:

Tikvesh hosted Bregalnica on neutral field in nearby town of Negotino ad the Kavadarci stadium is currently under renovation. After goalless first half it was the hosts who scored first through Mishov in the 64th minute. Before the goal the Shtip visitors were reduced to 10 men as Mitrev was red carded. Still the Blues managed to equalize thanks to a penalty goal by Stojanov 11 minutes from time. Since there was no winner, both remain on the table top equal on points.

The Rice derby between Osogovo and Sloga 1934 started with two red cards in the opening minutes. The Vinica guests took the lead before the break, while the hosts equalized near the end. This regional derby was last played on a level higher than the third league back in the season 1997/98 when both played in the second league.

Kozhuf beat Pobeda with 2:1, but it was the visitors who scored every goal as they netted twice in their own net.
