The second league continued after the national team break with the Round 2 games.

The rainy day throughout the whole country made the Round 2 games difficult for play. Luckily, no match was interrupted or postponed.

In the East group promotion favourites Borec recorded the first win after the disappointing loss in the opening round. They beat Sasa on the road by a lone goal. The derby in Radovish between Plachkovica and Belasica ended with a win for the visitors, while Bregalnica left its home fans disappointed after failing to beat the visitors from Valandovo. Kozhuf esaily defeated Turnovo, while Tikvesh beat Osogovo.

In the West group an interesting 2:2 draw was played between Gorno Lisiche and Struga. Promotion favourites Gostivar smashed Novaci with 4:1 to remain the only perfect team. Zajazi and Makedonija GjP shared the points in a goalless draw, while Lokomotiva nad Labunishta celebrated over Vlazrimi 77 and Teteks.
