This season the top teams of each group will get promoted, while the runners-up with enter a play-off against the 9th and 10th placed of the top flight. Draw will decided who will face who. Only the two bottom placed teams will get relegated.
East:
This season the battle for the lone promotion spot should be between Bregalnica and Tikvesh. Both teams celebrated hard earned lone goal road wins at the start.
Newcomers Rosoman 83, who are lead by Dragana Kostova, the first women coach to lead men’s senior team in Macedonia, started with a home win over the other promoted team, Sloga 1934 from Vinica.
