First women’s football league ended with the twenty-seventh round. This final round didn’t bring any changes on the table. As United, Kamenica Sasa and Ljuboten celebrated huge victories over their opponents, Vardar and Istatov split the points, while Skopje 2014 defeated Tiverija Brera in the derby of the round with a lone goal.

Skopje 2014 are the champions and they are qualified for the UEFA Women’s Champions League 2026/27 1st qualifying round. Top Gol are relegated to 2.WFL, while Kochani entered a play-off against the runner-up of the second league Biljanini Izvori. This play-off match will be played on June 4 at Gjorche Petrov stadium in Skopje, starting at 12:00 CET.
