Shkendija received the trophy as celebration took place in their hometown of Tetovo, Makedonija GjP and Rabotnichki escaped relegation, Belasica got relegated, while Sileks’ fate will be decided in the last round as they can theoretically leave Renova in the play-out.

Rabotnichki celebrated in Strumica and sent Belasica in the second league. A lone goal by Ackovski hammered the home team who had to at least win a point to keep their salvation hopes alive. But they never found the back of the visiting net and next season will head back to the 2.MFL East. Belasica next round faces Sileks who is three points away, but since Sileks is better in the head-to-head record even a win for Belasica won’t change anything.

Cup finalist Makedonija GjP had a tough match before Wednesday’s final. A direct clash with relegation rivals Sileks. The Lions managed to win with two before break goals and book a place for next season. They now have three points more than Sileks, but they have a better head-to-head record so they can relax next week. On the other hand, thanks to Belasica’s defeat Sileks is save from direct relegation and will most probably end up in the play-out. There is hope to avoid that as well, but in order for that to happen they have to beat Belasica next week and Renova to lose by Shkendija.

Entertaining match was played between Shkupi and Renova, two rivals for the fourth place, the potential Europa Legaue spot. The hosts took an early lead and before the break top goalscorer Stojanovski got two quick booking leaving the visitors with ten men. But for his absence not to be noticed took care Ramadani who with his brace after the break silenced the home crowed. Just a minute later Shkupi managed to equalize.
This point keeps Renova is game for that UEL spot, but also leaves it vulnerable for the relegation play-off. If they lose in the last round against Shkendija and Sileks beats Belasica, Renova can end up 8th as they have a worse head-to-head record with Sileks (1 win, 1 defeat and 2 draws) thanks to the away goal rule.
