1.MFL overview of Round 2 (Video)

Second defeat for Shkendija as this time Sileks grabbed the points, Borec held Vardar to a draw, Rabotnichki and Renova celebrated over Shkupi and Struga while cup finalists Makedonija GjP and Akademija Pandev played a goalless draw.

Shkendija continues with the awful form. The road game in Kratovo ended with a lone goal defeat by Sileks. A real masterpiece by Duranski three minutes after the break broke the tie. Now Shkendija is left bottom-placed as the only pointless team.

After 18 years Borec played  atop flight match in their hometown of Veles. A packed stadium with 4.000 fans welcomed Vardar but unfortunately no goals were scored. Both teams won their first point after recording a loss in the opening round.

Rabotnichki claimed the first win this season getting a revenge on Shkupi. Botha teams played a very important last round match last season in which Shkupi celebrated to steal Rabotnichki’s Europa League spot. This time it was Rabotnichki who took the points thanks to the goals scored by Marković and Todorovski in each half.

Renova remains the lone perfect team after just two rounds. But, both their matches were at home. This time they celebrated over top flight debutantes Struga thanks to a late goal by substitute Ademi.
