In the opening spring round Shkendija managed to win over Vardar in Skopje, Gostivar won over Struga with a late lone goal from penalty spot, Rabotnichki lost to Shkupi, while Sileks dropped points against Tikvesh in Kratovo. Pelister and Brera Strumica split the points in Bitola and Voska recorded crucial three points in Ohrid over direct rivals for survival in the first league.
