* 11 Oktomvri have won the league and will advance into the Second League promotion play-off. Veles Tabak, Ilinden Basino, Pobeda Valandovo, Borec, Mladost Krivogastani and Golemo Konjari got relegated into the Forth Leagues. However, there are some rumors that FFM may cancel the new format with three Third League divisions instead of 5 as it is now. If that happens, fewer clubs will be relegated.
