Another heavy defeat for Macedonian women’s national team against Hungary, today in Felcsút.

As in the first match four days ago, today, Macedonia did not have a shot on the opponent’s goal. The Hungarians dominated, created numerous chances in front of Panchurova’s goal, who saved several good chances for the home team and also saved a penalty in the 63rd minute.
Macedonia theoretically lost its chances of placing in one of the first two places in the group C3 of the World Cup 2027 qualifiers.
Hungary and Azerbaijan are in the race for the first position that certainly ensures the play-off matches.
The next match for Macedonia is against Andorra away on on June 5.
