Adis Jahovic found the back of the net twice for Wil in Switzerland, Stevica Ristic added a goal for Suwon, while Armend Alimi returned to action for Örebro following a lengthy injury.

Bazhe Ilijoski scored his first competitive goal for Rapid București, Agim Ibraimi netted a goal for Maribor but also suffered an injury, while other Macedonian internationals, with their respective teams, learned whether they advanced or were eliminated from Champions League and Europa League qualifying.

Metalurg conceded another three goals against Ruch Chorzów to lose 1:6 on aggregate, while Renova defeated Gomel 0:1 on the road but was still eliminated from the Europa League qualifications after losing the first leg 2:0.  These results meant that all four Macedonian clubs competing in European competitions this season have now been eliminated.

Both Metalurg and Renova play the return legs of their respective matchups today with each club trailing by two goals on aggregate after the first legs.

Vardar played an uneventful goalless draw against BATE Borisov and was officially eliminated from the UEFA Champions League by losing 2:3 on aggregate.

Vardar will attempt to reach the third qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League when they square off against BATE Borisov tomorrow, trailing 2:3 on aggregate from the first leg.
