Pelister got held to a draw again, first win for Kamjani, while two matches got postponed.

Five of the seven matches were played as two have been postponed. Belasica remains the perfect team thank to a late winner in Novaci, as Pelister once again dropped points at home.
Kamjani defeated Osogovo to record its first historic second league victory. Novaci, Euromilk and Shkupi recorded new defeats with the last two still searching for the first goal.
The postponed matches involving will be played during the national team break in late September. They were postponed due to players from Teteks, Ohrid Lychnidos and Det. Plachkovica getting summoned for the 2026 Mediterranean Games.
