Ljuboten vs. Kamenica Sasa
Tiverija Brera vs. Konzuli
Rečica vs. As United
Vardar vs. Istatov

The champion will play in the first round of the Champions League, the last-placed team will be relegated to the second league, while the ninth-placed team will play a play-off for survival with the second-placed team from the second league.
