U21: Defeat against Bulgaria

The Macedonian U-21 national team suffered a lone goal defeat by the Bulgarian counterparts in a friendly match played in Bistritsa.

After a goalless first half, Steven Stoyanchov scored the winning goal in the 50th minute of the match, which ultimately proved to be the decisive moment of the match. The team led by coach Goran Stanikj had only one shot towards the opponent goal.
