Bregalnica is champion of the second league this season and earned a promotion in the top flight, while Skopje and Shkëndija 77 will enter the play-offs for filling the first league.

As expected Bregalnica recorded an easy win over the young team of relegated and bankrupt Pobeda and sealed the first place. The Blues are for the fourth time second league champions. They finished tied on points with Skopje, but are on top thanks to the better head-to-head record (they won both matches).
Skopje and Shkëndija 77 continue their promotion dream, but will have to go the hard way: they will enter the play-offs for filling the top flight. Skopje as runner-up will face the 9th team in the first league, while Shkëndija 77 as third-placed will play against the 8th. The opponents are Pelister and Brera Strumica, but who will play who it will be known on Sunday.
The biggest loser is Ohrid Lychnidos who was leading on half-season. They finished 4th with just a point behind the play-off zone. The Ohrid based team failed to win any encounter with the top three teams after the winter break and also dropped points against Sasa away.
The last round was rich with goals as a total of 51 goals were scored, or 6.375 per match. Only Pobeda and Vardar failed to find the back of the net this round.
