Bregalnica is now lone leader after Ohrid Lychnidos and Shkëndija 77 were held to a draw.

Bregalnica had no problems with relegated Golemo Konjari, clinching a comfortable 6:1 win. Prior to this round they were sharing the top with two other teams, but are now lone leaders thanks to other teams who held their rivals.

Ohrid Lychnidos faced a tough resistance away to Sasa and was even losing 1:0 but managed to equalize. Still, they failed to find a winner and header home with only a point.

Shkëndija 77 was leading 1:0 in Kochani against Osogovo and was about to take the points when a stoppage time equalizer sent them home with just a point.

Skopje managed to win away in Novaci scoring a game winning goal after the home side was downed to ten men.
