Mario Gjurovski continued his domination in Thailand by playing a part in all three goals for Muangthong United in yesterday’s 3:1 win over Police United.
Mario Gjurovski played from the start for Muangthong United who actually fell behind in the 33rd minute before storming back on its way to another three points. In the 42nd minute, Gjurovski converted a penalty to tie the game at 1:1 heading into halftime. Then, after the break, Mario provided the assists on the remaining two goals to lead his team to the victory. Both assists by Gjurovski were scored by attacker Teerasil Dangda in the 59th and 78th minute, respectively.
With the win, Muangthong United remained in first place of the Thai top division with 31 points after thirteen league games. The club has yet to lose a game this season with nine wins and four draws.
