The Macedonian U20 national team achieved a victory in the second friendly match against the U21 team of Liechtenstein. Unlike the first match in November, where we recorded a convincing 3:0 away win, this time we recorded a narrow 1:0 home win.

The match went by in unremarkable play without many chances and was marked by intense duels on the field, which at times were on the verge of roughness from both sides. It was decided in the 34th minute when, after a ball was crossed from a free kick, Luka Atanasovski was the most skillful in the scramble in front of the opponent’s goal and scored the only goal.
The next friendlies for this generation are scheduled for June.
