On Friday in Kochani was made the draw for determining the fixtures of the season 2025/26 in the group East of the third league.

Rudar from Probishtip comes back after a season of inactivity, while Pobeda from Valandovo also joined despite their local fourth league group was suspended for irregularities.

Sloga 1934 last season won promotion to the second league and was supposed to be replaced by Vardarski, who got relegated from the second tier, but the Bogdanci based club recently announced that it would not be competing this season. So, 11 teams will be participating.

The season will begin on 7 September with each round one team being idle. The half season will end on 16 November. At the end the winner will enter the play-off for filling the second league.
