As reported by Lugano, Alisoki signed a two-year contract with an option for extension.
For the 33-year-old left back this is a welcome return to Lugano, where he already wore the black and white jersey in the 2015/16 season (18 appearances and 3 goals) and 2016/17, his best in the Swiss championship with 36 matches, 16 goals and 14 assists. Numbers that earned him a move to Leeds United in the English Championship.
In 2021 Alioski transferred to Al Ahli in Saudi Arabia, but he lacked playing time. Once he was sent on loan to Fenerbahçe in Türkiye, while this season he wasn’t even registered for the Saudi Pro League and played only in the Asian Champions League, which he managed to win it.
For years he has been one of the most regular in the Macedonian national team, featuring in 85 matches and scoring 13 goals.
