After Besa 1976 change its mind and confirmed it will compete in the second league, FFM today made the draw to determine which two of the three defeated teams in Saturday’s play-off will be given a second chance.

The fortune favored Osogovo and Golemo Konjari, while Prespa had no luck and will stay in the third league.

Osogovo finished at the 14th place in the second league and later lost the play-off against Shkëndija 77, the winner of the 3.MFL North. Practically, Osogovo stays where it was.

It is a different story for Golemo Konjari from the village of the same name near Prilep. As winners of the 3,MLF South they lost on penalties by Teteks after coming back from 0:2. This club comes back to the second division after an incredible 32 years, as last time they were there in the season 1993/94 competing in the group East. Former Macedonian legendary defender Goce Sedloski (100 NT caps) hails from this village.

It is a pity for Prespa from the town of Resen who has spent 9 seasons in the second league, but their last was in 1999/2000. Prespa is champion of 3.MFL Southwest, where will have to try again next season.
